Supernova 2010P

A magnitude 15.9 supernova, 2010P, was discovered by S. Mattila and E. Kankare on the 23rd January, 2010, in the galaxy NGC 3690 in the constellation Ursa Major.
The supernova is located 6.2" East and 0.3" North from the center of the galaxy.
As yet the type is unknown.

Position (2000): RA 11 28 31.38, Dec +58°33'49.3"
