An ILS Proton-M rocket is scheduled to launch the Intelsat 16 communications satellite from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan,  at 00:39 GMT, 12th February, 2010.
The satellite will occupy the 58°West orbital slot, and provide coverage for Mexico and Brazil.
