The 230 - 520 metre wide asteroid 2008 EK1 will make a close pass (32.9 lunar distances, 0.0845 AU), travelling at 24.79 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 6th September, 2011 @ 21:44 UT ±00:01.
