Australian seismologists have reported two large quakes off Vanuatu - in the Pacific Ocean. Senior Seismologist from Geoscience Australia, Doctor Mark Leonard says the earthquakes struck mid-morning - and were 7-point-3 and 7-point-1 in magnitude.
