Comet C/2010 U3 (Boattini) was discovered by A. Boattini (Mount Lemmon Survey) on the 31st October, 2010,
The preliminary orbital elements of the comet indicate a perihelion passage on the 17th October, 2016, at a distance of 11.4 AU from the Sun.
