The Mars Exploration Rover Spirit has reached the summit of Husband Hill.

A Nasa news briefing on Thursday, September 1st at NASA Headquarters will reveal what Spirit is seeing as well as the current status.
The briefing will begin at 17:00 GMT in the Headquarters auditorium, 300 E St. SW, Washington, US, and will be carried live on NASA Television.
