More than 800,000 people have been moved from their homes in eastern China as Typhoon Khanun slams into the coast.
The storm is expected to lash central and southern areas of Zhejiang province before heading towards Shanghai city.

More than 35,000 ships and boats have also returned to port.
Earlier this month Typhoon Talim left at least 32 dead in eastern China, while in August Typhoon Matsa forced a million people to flee their homes.
The provincial government in Zhejiang issued an alert ahead of the latest typhoon, warning local officials to prepare for flooding and landslides.
The storm made landfall in Taizhou at 06:50 GMT and is expected to pound the historic city of Hangzhou, as well as Jinhua, Shaoxing, Jiaxing and Huzhou cities.
Authorities in Shanghai, China's financial centre north of Zhejiang, have also instructed people in vulnerable housing to relocate ahead of heavy rains forecast for Sunday and Monday.

Typhoon Khanun skirted the island of Taiwan on Saturday, after forecasters predicted an almost direct hit.
Japan's southern islands suffered strong winds, high waves and heavy rains as the storm passed.
Opening hours at some polling stations were altered to make sure citizens could still vote in Japan's general election despite the weather.
