A Minotaur 1 rocket and its top-secret satellite rose above south Vandenberg Air Force Base early this morning after being delayed a day. The rocket blasted off at 4:26 a.m. from Space Launch Complex-8, with mostly clear skies serving as the perfect back drop to watch the rockets first-stage motor fall away.
