Ed ~ The word on the street says that the satellite will occupy a Geostationary Earth Orbit, at either the 10° or 144° West orbital slot, with an inclination of about 4°.

The launch is still targeted for 22:57 GMT (17:57 EST), from Complex 37, Cape Canaveral, for the classified satellite mission.

The launch  of the Delta 4 rocket with the classified NROL-27 satellite is still on schedule for 22:57 GMT, (5:57 p.m. EST).
Weather is 'green' for launch.

Delta IV NROL-27 scheduled to launch March 11

45th Space Wing is set to launch a Delta IV Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle carrying a National Reconnaissance Office payload on March 11, 2011, from Space Launch Complex 37 here. The launch window for this mission opens at 5:57 p.m. EST (22:57 GMT).

A ULA Delta IV rocket is scheduled to launch the classified NROL-27 geostationary communications satellite for  the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office, from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, at 22:00 UT, 11th March, 2011.
