A bright meteor was observed around the Perth, western Australian region at 05:50 local time on the 10th May, 2011.
Space Station lights up over Perth early morning
Early morning risers caught a glimpse of the International Space Station as it passed over Perth's eastern skies. Dozens of residents reported seeing an unusually bright light which was low on the eastern horizon early on Tuesday morning. Perth Observatory astronomer Ralph Martin said people may have been looking at the International Space Station. Read more
