This meteor shower extends from 21st May to the 16th June. With the broad maximum on the 10-15th June. The radiant point is near the borders of the constellations Ophtuchus, Sagittarius, and Scorpius. The Theta Ophiuchids are best after midnight and from southerly latitudes. This shower is also known as the Alpha Scorpiids, Scorpiids-Sagittariids, and Delta Sagittariids.
