Dick Pugh, an international renowned scientist with the Cascadia Meteorite Laboratory at Portland State University, will be in Eastern Oregon the week of June 20. He will be presenting a PowerPoint program showing meteorites and recent meteorite findings in rural Oregon that have attracted the interest of scientists worldwide. He will bring $10,000 worth of meteorites with him.
The free community programs will begin at 6:30 p.m. The schedule is:
