The Ibbenbüren meteorite fell at 14:00hrs, June 17th 1870, after detonation and appearance of light, near the village Ibbenbüren, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
A stone of about 2kg was found two days later.

The Ibbenbüren (Stone; diogenite achondrite) meteorite fell in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, on the 17th June, 1870.

Recovered weight: 2 kg

Latitude: 52° 17' N, Longitude: 7° 42' E
