Comet C/2012 F6 (LEMMON) was discovered on the 23rd March, 2012, by the Mount Lemmon Survey. The preliminary orbital elements of the comet indicate a perihelion passage was on the 11th August, 2013, at a distance of 1.74 AU from the Sun.
