Paul Frampton (born 31 October 1943) is a particle phenomenologist. Since 1996, he is the Louis D. Rubin, Jr. Distinguished Professor of physics and astronomy, at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He is also Senior Scientist and Principal Investigator at the U.S. Department of Energy.
