NGC 7354 (also PK 107 +2.1, GC 4827) is a magnitude +12.2 planetary nebula located about 6800 light years away in the constellation Cepheus.
The planetary nebula was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire, on the 3rd November 1787.

Located in a relatively vacant region of space about 4,200 light-years away and difficult to see using an amateur telescope, the lonesome planetary nebula NGC 7354 is often overlooked.
