The 61 - 140 metre wide asteroid 2013 PW14 will make a close pass (49.4 lunar distances, 0.1269 AU), travelling at 6.26 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 30th August, 2013 @ 17:30 UT ±00:05.
