NGC 348 is a magnitude +13.8 spiral galaxy located 375 million light-years away in the constellation Phoenix.

NGC 348 was discovered by the British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 Inch) speculum reflecting telescope at Feldhausen Road, Claremont, Cape Town on the 3rd October 1834.

RA 01h 00m 51.94s, Dec -53° 14' 41.0"
