NGC 149 (also MCG 5-2-24, UGC 332 and PGC 2028) is a magnitude +13.8 lenticular galaxy located 222 million light-years away in the constellation Andromeda.
NGC 149 was discovered by the French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 4th October 1883.
