NGC 15 (also MCG 3-1-27, CGCG 456-35, UGC 82 and PGC 661) is a magnitude +13.9 spiral galaxy located in the constellation Pegasus. 

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta on the 30th October 1864. 

Position (J2000): R.A. 00h 09m 02.5s  |  Dec. +21° 37' 27"

NGC 15 is a Ring galaxy located in the Pegasus constellation.
