NGC 136 (also OCL 295) is a magnitude +11.0 open star cluster located in the constellation Cassiopeia.
The cluster was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire, on the 26th November 1788.
