NGC 3021 (also UGC 5280, MCG 6-22-19, GWT 182.25, KUG 0947 337, IRAS09479 3347, PGC 28357) is a magnitude +12.2 spiral galaxy located 92 million light-years away in the constellation Leo Minor.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) reflecting telescope at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 7th December 1785.
