NGC 2386 is a magnitude +14.1 double star located in the constellation Gemini.
The pair were discovered by Irish astronomer Lawrence Parsons, 4th Earl of Rosse using a 182.88 cm (72 inch) speculum reflecting telescope at Birr Castle, on the 1st January 1876.
