NGC 2241 (also ESO 57-SC79) is a magnitude +13.3 open cluster located in the constellation Dorado.
The cluster was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) reflecting telescope at Feldhausen, Claremont, Cape Town, on the 31st January 1835.
