NGC 3275 (also ESO 375-50, MCG -6-23-46, AM 1028-362, IRAS 10286-3628 and PGC 31014) is a magnitude +11.4 barred spiral galaxy located 42.4000 million parsecs (138 million light-years) away in the constellation Antlia.
The galaxy was discovered by English astronomer John Herschel at the Cape of Good Hope using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) reflecting telescope on the 1st February 1835.
