Supernovae 1895A

Supernovae 1895A (VW Virginis) was discovered by Maximilian Wolf on the 16 March 1895, in the galaxy NGC 4424. The pernova was located 75" E and 11" S from the center of the galaxy. At the time of discovery it had a maximum magnitude of +12.5

Right ascension 12h 27m 16.90s,  Declension 9° 25' 05.0"
