NGC 2860 (also IRAS 09216+4116, MCG 7-20-3, UGC 5007 and PGC 26685) is a magnitude +13.8 barred spiral galaxy located 194 million light-years away in the constellation Lynx.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Édouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 17th March 1884.
