NGC 2507 (also IRAS 07587+1550, MCG 3-21-10, UGC 4172 and PGC 22510) is a magnitude +12.7 lenticular galaxy located 210 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor, on the 18th March 1786.
