NGC 4114 (also MCG -2-31-18 and PGC 38460) is a magnitude +13.1 spiral galaxy located 188 million light-years away in the constellation Corvus.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 27th March 1786.
