NGC 3654 (also IRAS 11211+6941, MCG 12-11-22, UGC 6407 and PGC 35025) is a magnitude +12.8 spiral galaxy located 72 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 6th April 1793.
