NGC 3530 (also MCG 10-16-64, UGC 6188 and PGC 33766) is a magnitude +13.8 lenticular galaxy located 90 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 8th April 1793.
