NGC 3445 (also Arp 24, IRAS 10515+5715, MCG 10-16-23, UGC 6021 and PGC 32772) is a magnitude +12.6 spiral galaxy located 95 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major. The galaxy is gravitationally interacting with the neighbouring galaxy PGC 32784: these two galaxies are listed as Arp 24 in the Atlas of peculiar galaxies by Halton Arp.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 8th April 1793.
