NGC 4563 (also MCG 5-30-33 and PGC 42030) is a magnitude +14.7 spiral galaxy located 339 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 13th April 1864.
