NGC 4320 (also IRAS 12204+1049, MCG 2-32-18, UGC 7452 and PGC 40160) is a magnitude +13.9 lenticular galaxy located 368 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 15th April 1865.
