NGC 5678 (also IRAS 14306+5808, MCG 10-21-5, UGC 9358 and PGC 51932) is a magnitude +11.3 spiral galaxy located 88 million light-years away in the constellation Draco.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 17th April 1789.
