NGC 5060 (also IRAS 13147+0618, MCG 1-34-15, UGC 8351 and PGC 46278) is a magnitude +13.3 spiral galaxy located 286 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 16th April 1863.
