NGC 5027 (also IRAS 13108+0619, MCG 1-34-10, UGC 8297 and PGC 45936) is a magnitude +13,4 face-on spiral galaxy located 325 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 17th April 1830.
