NGC 5133 (also IRAS 13222-0346, MCG -1-34-15 and PGC 46909) is a magnitude +13.7 elliptical galaxy located 282 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 23rd April 1881.
