NGC 5514 (also IRAS 14111+0753, MCG 1-36-23, UGC 9102 and PGC 50809) is a magnitude +13.3 spiral galaxy located 324 million light-years away in the constellation Boötes.
The galaxy was discovered by German-Danish astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor at the Copenhagen observatory on the 26th April 1865.
