NGC 4021 (also MCG 4-28-112 and PGC 37730) is a magnitude +14.8 elliptical galaxy located 462 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by Danish-Irish astronomer John Louis Emil Dreyer, assistant to Lawrence Parsons, 4th Earl of Rosse, using a 182.88 cm (72 inch) speculum reflector at Birr Castle on the 26th April 1878.
