NGC 5681 (also IRAS 14332+0831, MCG 2-37-25, UGC 9393 and PGC 52169) is a magnitude +13.5 face-on spiral galaxy located 363 million light-years away in the constellation Boötes.
The galaxy was discovered by Danish-German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor st the Copenhagen Observatory on the 1st May 1865.
