NGC 4090 (also IRAS 12028+2035, MCG 4-29-15, UGC 7077 and PGC 38288) is a magnitude +13.9 spiral galaxy located 337 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by Danish-German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor st the Copenhagen Observatory on the 2nd May 1864.
