NGC 4135 (also MCG 7-25-32 and PGC 38601) is a magnitude +13.9 face-on barred spiral galaxy located 518 million light-years away in the constellation Canes Venatici.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 4th May 1881.
