NGC 4093 (also MCG 4-29-21 and PGC 38323) is a magnitude +14.3 elliptical galaxy located 331 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by Danish-German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor st the Copenhagen Observatory on the 4th May 1864. The galaxy may have been first observed by William Herschel on the 26th April 1785.
