NGC 5652 (also NGC 5650, IRAS 14285+0611, MCG 1-37-20, UGC 9334 and PGC 51865) is a magnitude +12.5 spiral galaxy located 344 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 12th May 1793. The galaxy was rediscovered by Lewis Swift in April 1887 and relisted as NGC 5650.
