NGC 6104 (also IRAS 16146+3549, MCG 6-36-11, UGC 10309 and PGC 57684) is a magnitude +13.3 spiral galaxy located 387 million light-years away in the constellation Corona Borealis.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector Windsor Road, Slough, on the 16th May 1787.
