NGC 7374 (also IRAS 22435+1035, MCG 2-58-7 and PGC 69676) is a magnitude +13.8 spiral galaxy located 326 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Tigne' Point, Malta on the 7th August 1864.
