NGC 7674 (also Arp 182, IRAS 23254+0830, MCG 1-59-80, UGC 12608 and PGC 71504) is a magnitude +13.2 barred spiral galaxy located 399 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire, on the 16th August 1830.
