NGC 7594 (also IC 1478, MCG 2-59-23, UGC 12485 and PGC 70991) is a magnitude +13.7 spiral galaxy located 498 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by British amateur astronomer Andrew Ainslie Common using a 91.44 cm (36 inch) reflector at his Ealing observatory, near London in August 1880. The galaxy was rediscovered by Guillaume Bigourdan on the 22nd August 1889 and listed as IC 1478
