NGC 7541 (also NGC 7581, IRAS 23121+0415, MCG 1-59-17, UGC 12447 and PGC 70795) is a magnitude +11.7 barred spiral galaxy located 124 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 30th August 1785. The galaxy was rediscovered by Horace Tuttle in January 1875 and relisted as NGC 7581.
